Will this spam my patients?
No. After a completed visit we send one polite invite — at most one gentle reminder if there's no reply — and never more. Every message is sent in your practice's name and includes a simple opt-out, so patients stay in control.
Is the link you send to patients safe?
Yes. The link comes from our own secure domain over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection — no shady short-links. We never ask them for personal details or make them fill anything out.
Do you see my patients' medical records?
Never. We connect to eClinicalWorks over a secure FHIR link and read only your daily appointment schedule — who has an appointment and when. We do not access, store, or ever see clinical records.
Does this follow Google's review rules?
Yes. We invite every patient after their visit — not only the happy ones — which is the compliant way to grow reviews. We never filter, gate, or incentivize reviews, so your Google listing is never put at risk.
Is my patients' data handled safely?
We're built HIPAA-conscious from the ground up: we handle the minimum data needed, keep each practice's data isolated, and never store more than we must. Appointment details in, review invites out — nothing more.
Will you sign a BAA?
Yes — we sign a Business Associate Agreement with every practice. Even though we only ever access appointment data and never clinical records, your patients' trust and privacy are our responsibility too, and we treat that with the seriousness it deserves. The BAA is part of your onboarding, before a single message goes out.
How much work is this for my team?
